All the equipment of Dragage Verreault is provided with computer systems at the edge of technology: computers, GPS, radars, tide gauges, bathymetric equipment and high quality communications systems. We also own navigation and positioning software specially designed for our dredging business, thereby increasing the quality and precision of our work.

The software for navigation and positioning are JR_Drague and\or JR_Log. The preference for JR_Drague/JR_Log lies in the fact that they are specially conceived for the waterways of the Saint-Lawrence River, that they allow to integrate directly and without manipulation the numeric ASCII files into the format described in the estimate, that they allow to show (on the screen of computer) the continuous position of the dredge as well as the bathymetric data relevant to the dredging works.

Recently, we purchased the software JR_Sonde, a program used for bathymetric survey to have a better follow-up on the works thus a better quality of dredging. We also have an echo sounder Raytheon and an echo sounder Innerspace Model 448 with accessories to make our surveys.
